**As a Content Management Officer you will**:

- produce, maintain, and improve content for high-profile Queensland Government services, campaigns and disaster recovery related activities whilst ensuring service quality and functionality
- design content solutions utilising contemporary content management techniques and strategies to create customer centric solutions
- identify and resolve complex risks and issues related to the delivery of multi-channel content and the associated utility and usability that supports Government while maintaining stakeholder goals and objectives
- provide content design advice, feedback, training, and consultative services to stakeholders
- engage with partners to identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience
- participate and facilitate workshops focusing on the identification, validation and shared understanding of customer behaviour and preferences
- contribute to the development of team members and Smart Service Queensland staff through active involvement in succession planning activities
- build strong relationships and networks with partners through participation in relevant forums
- maintain an awareness of current and emerging best practices and technology trends to further develop professional knowledge.
