As the Digital Communications Officer (Content), you will support our Communication and Community Legal Education team to deliver accessible, high quality online information and services.

**In this role you will**:

- Deliver clear and easy-to-read information and services across online channels, including the LAQ corporate website and intranet.
- Perform editorial quality assurance on content prior to publishing on relevant websites to ensure compliance with the LAQ and whole of government style guides.
- Help maintain a user-centered site architecture and the delivery of customer-centric information and services across online channels.
- Provide advice and recommendations about content and service delivery to continuously improve the effectiveness of LAQ's online channels.
- Develop content for digital channels, including animations, videos, images and audio files.
- Provide day to day support of LAQ's web and intranet environments including monitoring and triaging requests and feedback and completing allocated tasks including content updates, rewrites and developing new content.
- Contribute to web and intranet-related projects including planning, testing and implementation activities.
- Help develop and implement initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effectively and efficiently managing our online content.
- Maintain a high standard of practice through governance and risk management.
