**What You'll Be Doing**:
You'll be a key support in the **SharePoint** content transformation journey:

- Identify existing SharePoint sites and connect with business owners.
- Review, assess and recommend content to **retain, modernise, or archive**.
- Organise content lists and work closely with Records Management to ensure proper archiving and disposal.
- Assist in content updates and documentation of best practices.
- Contribute to a consistent and user-friendly SharePoint experience.

**Who You Are**:
You're a clear communicator, relationship builder, and an independent operator with a sharp eye for detail. You thrive in collaborative environments and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the digital weeds.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience working with **SharePoint content**.
- Confidence working independently and following procedures.
- Detail-oriented with a drive to get things done - fast.
