**The Digital Journey Content Officer is responsible for;**
- Collaborating with the Senior CRM and Journey Specialist to design persuasive content for prospective student communications and journeys, creating a seamless digital student experience.
- Conducting A/B testing and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance content effectiveness and audience targeting strategies.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of the portfolio of brands, their unique selling points, market positioning and Tone of Voice.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Creative and curious mindset, with a passion for crafting engaging and impactful content.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and content marketing.
- Proven experience in content development for marketing automation campaigns, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
- Strong data literacy skills
- Relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) are desirable.
- HTML & CSS experience is a plus.
- Experience in analysing data and metrics to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
