**Job Description:
- Admin Officer Grade 1 [HS1]
- Part Time, Permanent Position

The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, subacute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community-based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world-renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.

**Your opportunity**:
**Your success in this role will be in your ability to showcase**:

- Proven administration experience
- Sound diary and calendar management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Well-developed computer skills and Microsoft office packages
- Experience working with a diverse range of work groups
- Work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Skill in organising resources and establishing priorities High motivation and willingness to learn
- Advanced skills in problem solving and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrated autonomous practice
- High level of reliability and professional conduct
- Windows based computer kills including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS teams
- Computer literate - Microsoft Teams (Or other video related software)
- Comfortable driving fleet cars in and around Melbourne
