One World Rental have a fantastic new permanent opportunity for Sales Account Manager to join our thriving company with several international offices with a view for this employee to grow with the businesses.

One World Rental are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and dynamic salespeople with B2B experience to join the team.

This is the ideal role for a B2B sales professional looking to join a company with big ambitions and have the opportunity to work with a range of major international organisations across industry backgrounds.

The Role:
As a Sales Account Manager at One World Rental you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets through developing and strengthening the company’s existing and potential client base as well as converting inbound sales leads.

Joining a successful, innovative and friendly company which prides itself in both its professionalism and positive approach to customer service, you will generate and follow up potential business leads and secure appointments with key decision makers.

Your duties will include:

- Processes inbound leads and enquiries and converting to sales & orders
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Maintain high levels of client contact
- Establish and build relationships with multiple individuals throughout the managed accounts
- Gap analysis to identify what is missing from the account
- Researching prospective clients through a variety of resources including trade press, local media, websites and internal databases
- Developing relationships with existing clients and ensuring increased customer spend
- Updating and inputting records on our CRM systems
- Adhere to our SOP’s and produce accurate pipeline and sales reports
- A positive fearless attitude and can do approach is essential for the role.

You must be able to demonstrate a natural flair for communicating and selling over the telephone with inbound enquiries at all levels. Strong IT skills are also essential. You must have the ability to work well as a member of a team and to undertake tasks using your own initiative.
- Excellent telephone skills required.
- Understanding of IT products preferred.
- Self Motivated and target driven.
- Looking to grow.

Required experience:

- Experience in IT / Technology sales.
- Events Industry (Ideal but not essential)

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mordialloc, VIC 3195: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
