Finance and Admin Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a Finance & Admin Assistant on an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of going permanent.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will have some experience in a similar accounts/admin role. Ideally you will have used MYOB (or similar accounting software) and inventory management software.

**Duties will include**:

- Inputting invoices, purchase orders and work orders in to either our accounting or inventory management software
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Credit card reconciliations
- Reconciliation of contractor invoices
- Ordering office supplies

This role would suit someone seeking experience in a fast-paced accounts environment.
