We’re looking for a passionate and driven Casual Swim Instructor to join our Health Club team and help deliver engaging, safe, and inclusive swimming programs for all ages.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and deliver tailored swimming lesson plans for individuals, children, and aged care participants
- Promote water safety and confidence in the pool
- Ensure lane space and teaching equipment are ready, safe, and functional
- Participate in team training and teaching workshops
- Demonstrate understanding of pool chemistry, purification, and filtration systems
- Follow duty of care protocols including incident reporting and mandatory reporting

About You
- Passionate about swimming and water safety
- Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
- Reliable and enthusiastic team player
- Available to work weekends

Things that matter to us
- AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia Qualified Teacher (or equivalent)
- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (including CPR)
- Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
- 2025 Influenza vaccination
- Police Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
