**About the role**:
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will possess strong planning and organisational skills to manage high-volume recruitment for blue collar and professional positions. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner with employees at all levels of the business to provide advice and guidance.
To be successful in this role you will be autonomous and flexible in your approach to day-to-day activities with a proven ability to adapt, develop and grow.
- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition activity for various business groups and regions
- Attract, source and select high calibre talent to support both immediate and long-term business needs
- Partner with Hiring Managers to provide sound and strategic sourcing and selecting advice
- Ensure Hiring Managers have the necessary tools and support at key stages of the recruitment process
- Drive and support key talent acquisition/HR projects as required
- Maintain accurate and adequate reporting of recruitment activity to support talent acquisition insights
- Work closely with other Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialists to share learnings and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Proactively identify and analyse any risks or opportunities, present recommendations to management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders within the business to deliver Talent Acquisition needs
**Experience required**:
- 2 years’ experience working within HR / Recruitment
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and persuade others
