The Strategy and Performance branch provides strategic and operational leadership to drive whole of government digital transformation in Victoria. We are looking for an Audit, Risk and Governance Lead to work across the organisation to achieve Digital Victoria's objectives, provide advice to the senior executive team and manage enterprise risk.
You will design and deliver a high-quality audit and risk program. You will communicate, consult and build strong and effective relationships with a range of individuals and groups, clients and peers to progress work priorities.
You will implement and maintain key systems used in the management of audit actions, risks and projects in addition to contributing to developing and maintaining a culture of confident and risk-informed decision-making.
This role is well suited to someone who can operate with a high degree of autonomy.

- Extensive audit and risk experience
- Proven ability to identify risk, issues and obstacles and avoid or develop appropriate solutions and systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills
