**Your new company**
Hays Procurement are currently partnered with a commercial private entity based in Brisbane CBD who are looking to engage a Vendor Contracts Manager.

**Your new role**
The role will be responsible for assisting senior leaders of the business to manage the full lifecycle of contract management to achieve best in class procurement and secure contractual arrangements.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Undergraduate qualifications in Business Administration, Business, Legal or a related field OR sufficient Contract Management experience supported by Diploma or similar level qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a contract management role.
- Proven track record as a strong and effective negotiator.
- Ability to understand the risk factors inherent in contracts and appropriately mitigate those risks.
- Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence.
