Sydney, Australia Relevance AI Full time

**About Us**

At Relevance AI, we’re building the future of work. Our mission is to enable the next doubling in human prosperity by delegating as much work as possible to an AI Workforce - a team of AI agents working together in a multi-agent system.

We are building an entirely new category and scaling rapidly to meet unprecedented customer demand. We need exceptional talent to help us grow. If you’re ready to be part of a trailblazing company that’s at the cutting edge of AI, this is the place for you.

**The Role**

Relevance AI is hiring a Technical Product Manager for our Workforce Builder product—a flagship experience that enables users to draw workflow diagrams for agents and tools to automate end-to-end workflows. This is a technically complex platform, requiring a strong product leader who can understand intricate engineering concepts and translate them into intuitive product decisions.

**Your impact**
- ** Own and drive product development** for Workforce Builder and Tool Builder, ensuring high-quality execution while shortening release timelines.
- ** Understand and abstract technical concepts**, making product decisions based on a deep understanding of high-level programming and computer science concepts.
- ** Prioritize the product roadmap**, balancing customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- ** Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and marketing** to build and ship impactful features.
- ** Optimize product performance** by improving conversion, activation, and retention metrics.
- ** Drive AI-powered workflow automation**, ensuring seamless user experiences while maintaining technical depth.
- ** Lead customer research efforts** and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
- ** Team Leader and mentor**, spearheading a culture of AI dogfooding in our product team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 2-3+ years experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced tech company or startup.
- 2-3+ years experience in software engineering, or strong technical acumen to influence engineering teams and drive complex product decisions.
- Deep understanding of technical workflows, such as conditionals, loops, and automation logic.
- Ability to abstract technical complexity for non-technical users, particularly in AI agents and workflow automation.
- High intensity and urgency, ensuring products are shipped with both speed and quality.
- Experience using AI tools and the ability to build small prototypes or mockups.

**Why Join Us?**
- Work at the forefront of AI with a nimble team that is constantly pushing boundaries. We encourage and celebrate ideas that drive our mission forward.
- We're guided by our five values: truth-seeking, be empathetic, put the customer first, have two gears, and build memories.
- We’ve set high standards in our high-trust environment—we hire exceptional people to do great work. In return, we reward our people with competitive salaries, unparalleled professional growth and career-defining opportunities.
- Relevance AI is well-funded by leading investors, including Insights Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital.
- As an early team member, you’ll play a key role in shaping our future—including our culture, ways of working, and even the benefits we offer. We’re laying the foundations now, and your ideas can help define what comes next.
