As
** Technical Product Manager**, you’ll be instrumental in setting up this mission-driven scale-up’s, Headless Commerce platform, allowing them to continue to expand their customer base at the pace that they have been since they were founded in 2012, and still provide an exceptional customer experience.

Leading their Future Platform product team, you’ll need to make high-level, technical decisions and own the roadmap of their brand-new Headless Commerce platform, priortising and managing numerous API integrations whilst aligning the platform strategy to the long-term goals of the organisation.

An internal facing, but crucial platform to allow this business to grow at the rate that they want to / have been so far, which is doubly important as this socially-aware company donates a huge chunk of their profit to charity. Therefore, you MUST still have an understanding of how these technical decisions will impact the customer experience.

Alongside saving the planet and saving lives, you can work from anywhere in Australia, will have second-to-none leave offering, tailored L&D opportunities, and significant contribution to a private health fund.

**What they need from you**
- Ideally 1-2 years experience as a Product Manager
- The ability to translate technical jargon to non-technical stakeholders is key
- You must have the confidence to make the technical decisions of this product roadmap, whilst always considering the impact on the end-user
- Experience launching brand new products (0-1) is absolutely essential
- B2C product experience / managing internal-facing, platform products is highly desirable
