**More about what you'll do**
You have extensive practical SCRUM master experience, come from a technical background and have project management experience. You will have excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, product owners and the development team to deliver great products on a continuous timeline.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead SCRUM team of Software Engineers
- Partner with other Tech Leads, Product Owners and Stakeholders to effectively deliver projects
- Innovation of ERP, E-Commerce Systems and Mobile Apps
- Migration of legacy Windows Applications to Web Applications
- Ensure team uphold best practices in development, version control, testing and DevOps processes
- Sprint planning, daily standups and reviews
- Coach and drive local and offshore developers to perform to the best of their abilities

**More About You**
To be successful in this role we are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:
- SCRUM Master Certified
- Strong project management experience
- Experience with JIRA and SCRUM processes
- Development Experience with Angular, C#.Net Windows,.NET Core, Web Applications Architecture, Ionic, Mobile Apps
- Testing methodologies
- BitBucket/Git code version control disciplines and DevOps processes
- Appreciation of Fast User Experience and Development coding best practice
