**About the job**
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven National Business Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative sales team. This full-time position will be responsible for influencing and leading consumer demand for our Out of Home channel, to deliver new means of competitive advantage and value generation for Tassal. This will be by delivering a face to face and personal interactions with key stakeholders across the FMCG industry. While based in Lidcombe this position will be required to travel across our Tassal sites and States.
Duties for the position include:
- Leading a large, geographically dispersed team to achieve the strategic objectives of the Out of Home Channel, underpinned by a strong values centric culture.
- Lead, build and maintain strong relationships with key Wholesale, HORECA accounts and internal stakeholders that contribute to the achievement of strategic channel objectives.
- Develop, lead, and implement strategy & planning processes including channel, account and State plans, budgeting, trade spend, trading agreements and conditions, HORECA tender submissions and new account identification for the delivery of Volume, Revenue and Margin targets.
- Proactively identify product innovation, market gaps and marketing opportunities that provide solutions to enhance customer experience and grow market share.
- Identify, communicate, and measure account and in-store execution standards as aligned with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Leverage internal systems to input and track customer and channel and account forecasts.

- Ability to create a broad range of innovative solutions to maximise opportunities and minimise challenges based on a broad breadth and depth of FMCG experience
- Unwavering resilience and confidence and commitment to vision and strategy
- Desire and ability to work in a hyper fast paced environment
- Strong presentation, planning and organisational skills
- Intermediate - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Tertiary qualifications coupled with extensive sales experience in FMCG
