What you'll be doing:

  • Operating and maintaining high-tech production machinery
  • Doing pre-start checks, keeping things running smoothly, and problem-solving on the go
  • Stocking materials, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with your team
  • Building skills across 1-2 key areas of the brewery during paid training

Shifts:

  • Peak season (December): 12-hour day shifts, 6:00am-6:00pm
  • From December onwards: rotating AM/PM shifts (6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-12:00am) + occasional night shifts
  • Candidates who can't do nights may still be considered for 12hr days + rotating AM/PM shifts

We're looking for:

  • Mechanically minded people who enjoy practical, hands-on work
  • Problem-solvers with a willingness to learn
  • Backgrounds in FMCG, trades, plant/equipment operation, mechanics, or engineering (all valued but not essential)
  • A forklift licence is a bonus (not required)
