**What are we looking for?**
We are now seeking a National Operations Advisor to join our National PL team on a full time basis. This role could be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
In this role you will provide superior planning, management and delivery of our Public Liability Operations Nationally. The role is responsible for driving process improvements, together with:
- Manage our legal teams to ensure compliance with process and procedures
- Understand, manage and control budget and cost expenditure for operations across the business
- Coordinate and manage communications and drive operations initiatives communication plans
- Proactively manage and build strong internal and external relationships, with a major focus on collaborative working while delivering excellent customer service
- Keep things simple while driving innovation, removing blockages and anticipate and adapt to changing market and business challenges
- Work with a continuous improvement and process efficiency approach, by driving consistency and exploring opportunities to remove duplication
- Manage escalations and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication until issue is resolved, and processes updated accordingly
- Supporting the Head of Practice based in Melbourne with diary and travel management.

- Ability to build rapport with all levels of staff as you partner with key relationships across the business to assist in the strategy and delivery of processes and procedures, some of which include: Finance, Project Teams and HR
- Superior communication skills
- Strong organisation and development skills as you manage all projects across the business
- Strong technical abilities as you work across developing precedents and prepare reporting documents
- Ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
