About the Role

As the Operational Change Advisor you will develop clear change impact and implementation plans regarding change initiatives. Working closely with teams within Operational Services and Optimisation you will ensure that the relevant teams understand the importance of change management and have been prepared regarding change activity.

What you’ll be doing:

- Working collaboratively within our retail business, you will partner with cross functional stakeholders on all strategic and operational projects to support alignment of Customer Solutions & Customer Market Operations strategic objectives.
- Influence key stakeholders to ensure a planned approach to the implementation of initiatives and change that optimises the outcomes Customer Markets and AGL as a whole.
- Support the Customer Solutions team in ensuring call handling procedures are relevant for all changes being delivered to front line staff
- Maintain communications for various audiences internally and external partner organisations

About You

You are a collaborative team player with a curious mind & positive attitude. Involved in the planning and delivery phases of initiatives, campaigns and changes impacting Customer Markets, you will be a change experienced professional.

What you’ll bring to the table:

- Experience developing and implementing operational change management, as well as demonstratable knowledge of change methodologies.
- Demonstrated high level written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability, commitment and contribution to building best practices within the business that puts the customer at the centre.
- High degree of interpersonal flexibility and emotional intelligence.
