**About the position**:
We are looking for an experienced permanent full-time Events Manager.

As our College Events Manager you will provide management and support for all events at The Scots College. This busy role is hands on in not only the management and implementation of all The College’s events, but in the setting up of systems, policies and procedures to streamline the events for the future.

**Essential to this role**:

- Significant experience in an Events Management role.
- Experience in managing multiple events at a time
- End-to-end events management
- Ability to adapt to different events requirements
- Deep understanding of event management and its
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the
ability to engage with people at all levels of an
organisation
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Excellent relationship management
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Support for the College's Christian vision, beliefs and educational tradition
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours and weekends
