**Position Overview**:
As our House Manager/Cook, you will take on various responsibilities to help maintain our household and address our family's needs. Your duties will include light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, and running errands, among other tasks. We seek a professional with experience in high-end services and a proactive attitude to meet the unique demands of our home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Light Housekeeping**: Keep our home clean and organized through general tidiness.
- **Laundry and Ironing**: Manage laundry, ensuring clothes are cleaned, pressed, and returned appropriately.
- **Grocery Shopping**: Plan and execute grocery shopping to ensure a supply of healthy and fresh ingredients.
- **Dinner Preparation**: Create nutritious and delicious meals, accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
- **Running Errands**: Handle errands such as picking up dry cleaning and shopping for household essentials.
- **Organizing Repair Work**: Coordinate with contractors for household repairs and maintenance.
- **Event Planning**: Assist in organizing family events and celebrations, managing all details.
- **Coordination with Cleaners**: Communicate with cleaning staff to maintain cleaning schedules and task completion.
- **Car Maintenance**: Oversee vehicle upkeep, including scheduling maintenance and cleaning.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a house manager or cook in a high-end service setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Trustworthiness and reliability are essential.
- Flexibility in a dynamic environment is crucial.

**Pay & Benefits**:
The annual salary reflects an approximate 8-hour workday and includes superannuation. The offered salary will be based on experience. While prior house management experience is not required, experience in high-end services is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
