**The Opportunity**

Join our united Apprentice Connect Provider division, Australia’s largest single provider, and be part of our thriving mentoring services team.

Based in Campbelltown, this dynamic Customer Service Officer - Mentoring Services role involves inbound and outbound calls to provide support and mentoring to our apprentices, trainees and clients, as well as various administration and compliance tasks.

The purpose of this highly rewarding role is to assist the apprentices, trainees and employers to complete their Australian Apprenticeships by guiding them through challenges and obstacles, offering encouragement, and helping them reach their career goals
- with a strong focus on young people diverse backgrounds.

**About you**

You will bring your passion for customer service along with:

- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and various external stakeholders including apprentices, employers, and parents/guardians
- Strong listening skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to interpret and assess information
- Previous experience in social work, mental health support, receptionist or customer service highly regarded
