We're now looking for a proactive **Team Coordinator** to join our Human Capital Management (HCM) team in Melbourne. This role is central to keeping our projects, processes, and people running smoothly. You'll provide essential operational and administrative support, helping to ensure compliance, efficiency, and great service delivery.
**What you'll do**
As Team Coordinator, you'll be the organisational backbone of the HCM team, supporting projects, processes, and people to ensure everything runs efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating internal and external communications, keeping teams informed and audit-ready.
- Managing clock hardware orders, liaising with vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.
- Supporting audit processes by collating documentation, maintaining logs, and tracking follow-ups.
- Supporting the resolution of billing queries by coordinating with finance and project teams to ensure issues are addressed promptly and invoicing remains accurate.
- Creating and managing orders in our internal system (Cecil), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting with support desk ticket follow-ups, documentation, and process updates.
- Providing general team admin support - from onboarding and offboarding to organising team events.
**What you'll bring**
- Demonstrated experience in administrative or operations support, with the technical confidence to navigate multiple systems, tools, and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written communication and documentation.
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with the initiative to suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with HCM systems, project support, audits, or billing processes (desired but not essential)
