**Retail Team Coordinator Role**
We're seeking a skilled and people-focused retail leader to join our dynamic team as a coordinator. As a key member of the leadership team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service across different store areas.
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a retail management role, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team. You'll be comfortable working a rotating roster, including one in every three weekends, and will have effective time management and organisational skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and inclusive environment where teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction are paramount. You'll work closely with the rest of the leadership team to achieve shared purposes and goals, promoting a positive culture within the store and supporting your colleagues in achieving their best.
