Plan on working from a beachside villa in Bali? Awesome. That’s 100% possible with our remote working policy. We love for our employees to live amazing lives and want you to feel free to work from anywhere.

We’re also super flexible with time. All we care about is that you’re happy and the clients are happy. As long as you get your work done on time and to a high standard, we don’t care about where you’re working or what hours you’re working.

As Head of Paid Media, your role may be client-facing so if you are in a different time zone you will need to skew your work hours towards your clients so you are available when they are.

**So, what is the role?**:
The Head of Paid Media will lead our paid media operation, tasked with growing our service offering to clients and managing the performance and development of the paid media team.Collaborating with other areas of the agency, the Head of Paid Media will take a holistic approach to digital marketing, leading best practice execution across all paid social channels, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, whilst also demonstrating and creating efficiencies through effective frameworks and processes, automation and platform selection.Responsible for the paid media team’s client delivery, retention and results, the Head of Paid Media is to ensure delivery of exceptional paid media campaign performance; steering a team that is future-thinking, impact-focused and award-winning.**Here’s what you’ll need to do**:
