We're seeking a Digital Media Buyer who's ready to turn potential into performance. At Upstairs, we keep it real with straight talk, smart moves, and good banter so everyone's smiling while the numbers climb. If you're a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a knack for delivering great results, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Strategy: Plan and execute paid media campaigns across key platforms.
  • Get Hands-On: Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads (including Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Keep it Real: Continuously monitor campaign performance and make real-time, data-driven decisions to boost results.
  • Talk Straight: Create clear, concise reports for clients, so they feel confident we are all heading the right direction.
  • Connect the Dots: Experience with HubSpot and Mailchimp to handle audience segmentation and tracking.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our account team because we're in this together.
  • Stay Smart: Keep up with the latest trends. We avoid clichés and corporate jargon, so we always know what works.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: A proven track record in a digital media buying role.
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong, practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is a must.
  • CRM Expertise: Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Mailchimp. Experience with Braze and/or Klaviyo is a significant advantage.
  • Problem-Solver: A resourceful approach to troubleshooting.
  • Great Communication: The ability to explain complex ideas simply.
  • A Human Touch: An approachable, empathetic, and professional style.
