- $36 - $38 per hour + super

Our client is a long-established community services organisation with large scale reach, that positively impacts many people throughout Queensland. They are in need of a permanent part-time Accounts Clerk to work 3-day a week with a total of 45 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of accounts payable function ensuring all Creditors invoices are authorised, processed, and paid within trading terms.
- Assist in Creditor reconciliations and Credit Card reconciliations.
- Timely production of Trial Balances.
- Assist in timely processing of accounts receivable function including Debtor invoicing.
- Assist in travel bookings and general clerical duties & ad hoc reporting as required by Administration Manager.

To be successful, you will have 2+ years prior experience in an AP or similar Accounts Clerk role. You will be skilled in Excel, and any prior experience with Xero will be highly desirable.
