Our clinic is located on the ground floor of the Key Health Medical Centre at 281 Elizabeth St, Sydney, NSW, 2000, in the Sydney CBD. Our opening hours are from 10 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends.

We are currently seeking an experienced cosmetic receptionist to join our high-performing team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for visitors' experiences. Your warm greetings, welcoming smile, and attentive service will reassure our clients that they have chosen the right place to embark on their journey to rejuvenation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage appointment bookings, patient queries, and front desk operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring positive interactions with clients.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with regulations.
- Collaborate with our team to deliver the best possible client experience.
- Check-in and check-out clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, preferably with experience in Best Practice and Kitomba software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Bilingualism will be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
