Market leading International Bank looking for a Client Services and Event manager to join on a permanently

**Your new company**
Be a part of one of the largest Investment Custodians in Australia and New Zealand. There is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and successful business unit managing key clients needs. You will be responsible for performing Client Servicing in relation to queries to Corporate Action events and providing premium service. You will be taking a leading role in providing high level and premium Services as part of the market leading International organisation going through a significant growth period.

**Your new role**
Working as a Client Services manager you will be:

- The single point of contact for internal and external clients in relation to Corporate Action events
- Investigating each query and responding within SLA’s
- Have oversight of offshore back-office teams to ensure efficient and effective service
- Identify process improvements and analyse change impact
- Minimizing operational failure and being Risk aware

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will have;
- Significant experience of Corporate Actions
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated the ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritise tasks and work effectively handling multiple responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills to manage Clients expectations
