We’re working with a **global consulting powerhouse** that’s growing its leadership team in Australia. They are seeking an **Associate Partner** with deep **financial services expertise** and a strong **consulting background** to help shape and lead some of the most **complex and high-impact transformations** in the industry today.

This is a **Partner-track** role — perfect for a **Director (or equivalent)** looking to take the next step in a business that prioritises **client impact, delivery excellence**, and **diverse leadership**.

**About the Role**

You’ll be joining a high-performing, globally connected team to lead **strategic transformation programs** across **Australia’s top banks, insurers, and superannuation providers**. These programs span core banking modernisation, regulatory change, digital operating models, data and tech transformation, and customer experience uplift.

You’ll have the autonomy to **lead delivery**, **build long-term client partnerships**, and contribute to **practice growth** across people, IP, and go-to-market strategy.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 15+ years of consulting experience with a strong FS focus (banking, insurance, super, wealth)
- Experience operating at **Director level or above** in a consulting firm
- A proven track record in **large-scale transformation and technology-enabled change**:

- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and managing complex stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the **Australian FS landscape**, including risk, compliance, and regulatory drivers
- Commercial acumen with ability to grow accounts, shape proposals, and influence decision-makers
- A leadership style that empowers others and champions diversity and inclusion

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of major transformation programs
- Manage senior executive relationships across Tier-1 FS clients
- Shape new opportunities, grow key accounts, and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy
- Guide multidisciplinary teams across strategy, digital, tech, and change
- Drive internal practice leadership across talent, methods, and IP
- Collaborate globally to bring best-practice innovation and delivery capability to local clients
