Senior Associate or Counsel-level lawyer
to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team.

The Role

Working closely with an experienced Banking & Finance Partner, you'll play a key role in leading complex transactions and mentoring a small and capable team.

Your work will span the full spectrum of banking and finance matters, including:

  • Real estate finance
    for major property projects and developments
  • Corporate and acquisition finance
    transactions
  • Fund and structured finance
  • Asset and trade finance
    across various industry sectors

You'll be given the space to lead deals, develop client relationships, and develop new business with the full backing of experienced partners who have numerous untapped leads at major lenders and organisations.

Ideal Candidate

  • 8 + years' post-admission experience
    in banking and finance from a leading national, international, or quality mid-tier firm.
  • Broad experience across real estate, corporate, fund, asset, and trade finance with ability to be flexible and adaptable.
  • Strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to deliver pragmatic advice to lender and borrower clients alike.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A genuine drive to contribute to business development and step into a leadership position.
