Join one of Australia’s largest and highly regarded Property Groups with a portfolio of Commercial, Retail and Mixed-Use projects.

They focus on real estate investment, funds management, development, and asset management.

Initially coming on for a 6-month contract, you will be reporting to the National Marketing Manager focusing on a portfolio of Commercial Assets and working in collaboration with a highly supportive marketing team and agency partners. The position purpose is to develop, plan, and implement marketing activities for office assets nationally with a focus on leasing and strategic digital and content marketing initiatives.

**Your daily duties will include**:

- Work on marketing campaigns to assist with meeting leasing objectives
- Generate asset leasing enquiries through marketing initiatives such as digital lead generation, brand building, print and online media advertising, collateral, direct marketing, web, and events
- Assist with implementation of tenant engagement program including events, promotions, and collateral
- Report on digital performance metrics
- Work with Digital Marketing Executive to maintain property pages on corporate website
- Social Media and EDM duties
- Work with external creative, digital, advertising and media agencies
- Work with National Marketing Manager on Asset marketing budget

**To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Seeking 5 + years’ experience in a similar role
- Property, Asset Management, Office/Commercial marketing experience beneficial
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar desired
- Involvement in executing marketing campaigns
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms
- Social Media management experience
- Team Player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Self-motivated with positive attitude and attention to detail
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
