**Description**:
About the role

Based in our branch in Forest Lake QLD and reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, the primary focus of the position is to provide exceptional customer service through the safe and efficient coordination of rental sales activities for the customer.

**In this role you will**:
- Respond to customer sales enquiries
- Identify customer needs and provide equipment rental solutions
- Develop quotes for the supply of equipment
- Build, enter and expire rental contracts
- Raise purchase orders and action branch reports
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure equipment availability
- Arrange transport for the timely pick-up and delivery of equipment

This is a very busy and varied role which requires a reliable individual with the ability and willingness to manage multiple priorities and challenges throughout the course of a day.

About you

**What we are looking for**:
- Relevant administrative and customer service experience (within hire industrial or industrial setting advantageous)
- Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship building skills
- Professional and courteous phone manner and demeanour
- Ability to successfully manage competing objectives, multi task and be flexible
- Strong organisation, prioritisation and administrative skills
- Ability to use systems and accurately enter data (previous experience using Baseplan software advantageous)
