Ray White Forest Lake, a leading real estate agency specializing in property management, is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our expanding team as a Junior Property Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the real estate industry and gain valuable experience in property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Property Managers in the day-to-day operations of property management
  • Conducting property inspections and condition reports
  • Assisting with tenant screenings and lease agreements
  • Handling maintenance requests and coordinating repairs
  • Managing rental arrears and enforcing lease terms
  • Assisting with rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Providing exceptional customer service to tenants and landlords
  • Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
  • Keeping up-to-date with relevant tenancy laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in the real estate industry, specifically property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic knowledge of relevant tenancy laws and regulations (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
