Our core services are business branding, graphic design, publication design, commercial printing and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identity prospects from a supplied database through tools such as Linkedin.
- Trial and experiment with supplied scripts, refining and improving.
- Capture and record data.
- Introduce the company's services, including effectively articulating values and benefits.
- Set appointments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Update CRM.

**Requirements**:

- Experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Commitment to continued professional development.
- Experience using CRM is preferred but not required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

**Compensation**
- The base pay rate is $30, with OTE being $60 per hour. OTE pay is based on a reasonable pace, with non-stressful targets.
- Tiered commission with milestone payments (appointment, quote, successful conversion.)
