A great opportunity has opened at Goodstart within the Business Services Department for an Employee Services (ES) & Payroll Support Officer to join the team. The ES/Payroll Support Officer will deliver outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers whilst supporting the Employee Services and Payroll team when required. The role requires handling of all Employee Services and Payroll inbound & outbound contacts whilst delivering excellent service that will consistently satisfy all customers of Employee Services & Payroll.

The role is based at our newly renovated Head Office in Murarrie, Brisbane, however we support a hybrid work from home arrangement upon completion of training.

Your Impact

Document customer requests inside a ticketing management system and escalate requests / information as appropriate.
Resolve incoming requests to the ES/Payroll queue to ensure timely resolutions.
Take ownership of each contact and meet targets for quality of interaction.
Liaise and provide feedback within the team to help meet customer satisfaction / targets / objectives.
Complete outbound calls and undertake ad-hoc tasks to support the Employee Services and Payroll team.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Gained previous experience within customer service environment
Have a strong customer understanding and positive communication skills
Possess good problem analysis and resolution skills.
Basic experience and knowledge in Payroll and HR an advantage
