**The Company**

This organisation is a progressive member of the Global Logistics Industry. They provide a tailored service to meet any logistics need required. Due to the high attention to detail and steady growth rates, this Forwarding organisation has created a great reputation for itself.

Due to the volume of freight that gets passed through their operation, the current team are involved in a variety of duties which offers great upskilling and cross-training opportunities. They have offices nationally however this role is based in **Brisbane.**

**The role** is a mix between Export Operations (Ocean) and Customer Service.
- Be the liaison point for all Export Customers including processing of documentation
- Have solid knowledge of all Export Ocean processes & reporting requirements
- Co-ordinate bookings with customers, transport, airlines
- Be the liaison point with our overseas offices & agents
- Pro-actively update customers on any issues that may occur

**Essential Criteria**

To be considered, we are open to all levels of experience within a Freight Forwarding company, ideally within Ocean Exports.

You will also need to possess:

- CargoWise experience highly preferred
- A driven and keen attitude
- Proven customer service ability with excellent communication/ interpersonal skills
- Efficiency with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic and open to working in a forward-thinking business.

**Salary**:Flexible - pending experience and skill set.
