**Responsibilities**:

**The Position**

The successful applicant's primary responsibility will be to support the sales department, partnering with them in the sales process from the initial drafting of quotes to the procurement and delivery of goods. Duties include:

- Accurate and timely data entry;
- Assisting with new jobs and customer quotes;
- Generating supplier purchase orders;
- Liaising with suppliers and buyers;
- Expediting orders
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Addressing supplier and customer non-conformance.
- Other duties as required.

**The Person**

The successful applicant will be hardworking, punctual, keen to help and will understand the importance of attention to detail when undertaking their tasks. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to show initiative and work autonomously when required.

A professional and positive attitude towards customers, suppliers and staff is essential.
