Business College at IH (ihBC), is a division of International House Sydney, one of Australia's most highly regarded VET, English language and Teacher Training Centres. ihBC delivers VET courses in Business, Project Management, Leadership & Management, Social Media and Digital Marketing, Marketing & Communication and Information Technology across 5 States and Territories.

We are currently seeking outstanding contractor casual trainers to join our dedicated team for **_face-to-face_**_ _**_classes_** at our Melbourne campus for the following courses:

- Leadership and Management_
- BSB40520 Certificate IV Leadership and Management
- Marketing and Communication_
- BSB40820 Certificate IV Marketing & Communications
- BSB50620 Diploma of Marketing & Communications
- BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communications
- Project and Program Management_
- BSB60720 Advanced Diploma of Program Management
- BSB80220 Graduate Diploma of Portfolio Management
- Business_
- BSB50120 Diploma in Business
- BSB60120 Advanced Diploma of Business
- Digital Media Marketing_
- 10904NAT Diploma Social Media Marketing

Note: It is advantageous if hold one or more of the qualifications listed above but not essential as long as you can show significant industry experience and professional development to be able to map to the units delivered.

- An experienced, current, innovative and qualified Trainer and Assessor
- A Trainer who can engage and motivate students by delivering exciting classes and have the ability to deliver training in different study modes
- Highly motivated and wants to be part of an outstanding team of Trainers
- Someone who is ready to go above and beyond for the business people of tomorrow
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to show initiative and work independently
- Solid understanding of the BSB training packages and VET industry
- Current Industry and VET experience. You must have practical industry experience in the relevant field and be able to develop learning and assessment tools;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116;
- Qualifications relevant to the scope of teaching or Diploma or higher level qualification in adult education
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities in the relevant area
- Practicing Trainers and Assessors must also provide evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) activities for the VET industry in training and assessment
