**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to oversee the development and delivery of VET training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate VET training programs in line with training package requirements
  • Maintain strong knowledge of VET sector regulations and compliance obligations
  • Lead and support trainers and assessors to achieve optimal performance
  • Coordinate internal audits and participate in external regulatory audits

**Essential Qualifications:**

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Training and Assessment (e.g., TAE40122)
  • Relevant vocational qualifications in areas offered by the Institute
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar academic or training leadership role

**Work Environment:

This is an in-person role based in Melbourne, Australia, requiring a strong understanding of Australian education regulations and industry practices.
