**Your new role**
As the Customer Marketing Specialist, your role will be working with the wider team to lead and coordinate event and campaign processes, as well as ensuring that all events deliver the brand message through all touch points and deliver exceptional customer experience and are run efficiently. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Participate in the creation and design of innovative solutions
- Working across different campaigns and events, mainly focusing on events and running them end-to end
- Ensure all events deliver the brand message through all touch points and deliver exceptional customer experience and are run efficiently
- Support analysis of the outcome of campaigns
- You will be liaising with senior stakeholders and suppliers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- A business or marketing related degree
- PR, events or media experience
- You are service minded with high organisational and project management skills
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or account management
- Strong in negotiation, delivering messages to key stakeholders internally and externally as well as impacting the process with adding value
- Knowledge of established and new communication methods and media
