Are you an experienced Trades Supervisor looking to take your career to the next level?

Chandler Macleod are currently working with a Not for Profit organisation who are seeking an experienced and motivated Trades Supervisor to join their team. This role is FIFO offering a 3/1 roster (2 weeks on site
- 1 week in Perth, CBD).The

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the work of the trades team, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service
- Work with the planning and maintenance departments to prioritise work and develop weekly maintenance schedules
- Monitor incoming unplanned work orders for completion
- Observe scheduled work and reschedule where required
- Confirm the completion of work orders to the required standard and overseeing the correction of defects should they arise
- Assess future work - provide scoping for the Perth Maintenance Team

To be successful you will have:

- Valid C Class Driver’s licence
- Trade Certificate
- Builders licence
- Exceptional project management, organisation, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt, think critically and problem solve
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs
- White Card - Desirable
- Senior First Aid
- Desirable
