We have a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing and is keen to make an impact for our overseas student members and university partners.

This role is responsible for the co-ordination, selling and execution of health and wellbeing solutions for partner organisations and university students.

Working directly with B2B partners as well as internal sales teams, the Health and Wellbeing Specialist will use a customer-centred approach to design programs to drive deeper partnership engagement opportunities and health interactions with university partners and overseas students.

**You will also**:

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of H&W opportunities.
- Deliver a high standard of personal effectiveness across the entire end-to-end sales process.
- Work with B2B customers to design and deliver impactful health and wellbeing programs, leading to healthier workplaces, employees and overseas students.
- Actively collaborate using internal and external networks of suppliers to deliver a robust solution that delivers on our customers’ requirements.
- Lead overseas student specific health and wellbeing projects to support enhancements to service offerings.

Enough about us, let’s talk about youYou will have a qualification in health (or related field) and have a minimum of 3-5 years work in the field. You might be a health professional looking for a change from direct clinical care but still want to make an impact, or a health professional working in a sales, program or product development role. You might also be an experienced health and wellbeing professional working with corporate clients or overseas students already.

You will also:

- Be a great communicator and connector of people and have an agile mindset. Communication, collaboration and stakeholder management are key attributes for this role.
- Be known as a creative self-starter who can manage competing stakeholders, time, and priorities effectively.
- Have strong project management skills and your approach to work structured.
- Understand how to use data and insights to develop conclusions and recommendations.
- Be able to present to internal and external stakeholders on a range of health topics.
- Thrive in ambiguous situations and can manage a variety of tasks with changing priorities.
