**About the role**:
The Outbound Logisitics Coordinator supports the Group’s domestic freight functions by facilitating communication between internal Accent Group business departments, external suppliers, and service providers. Maintaining accurate records and system data, providing suitable feedback and reporting to the relevant business units. Additionally, the team is accountable for DIFOT, freight invoice analysis and approval.

The Outbound Logisitics Coordinator supports the overall team objective of ensuring all product is made available to our market without delay or unnecessary costs.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations to meet operational and service objectives
- First point of contact for all freight enquires
- Conduct audits on customer deliveries as required
- Support internal staff with logistics-based queries, such as, transit times, network update, transport quote to help people make informed decisions
- Liaise with Logistics Partners to resolve any delivery inquires or issues
- Manage retail store’s MyToll accounts and arrange bulk freight movements when required
- Create new carrier accounts for new stores
- Set up store collections for C&D dispatch ex store plus additional collection during peak as required
- Act as an escalation point for stores when collections do not occur
- Review and analyse freight data to identify billing errors and root causes
- Build and maintain relationships with all of our Logistics Partners
- Developing knowledge of domestic logistics and best practice
- Take responsibility for special projects as requested

**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:

- An understanding of category performance.
- Microsoft Suite competency.
- AP21 experience highly regarded.
- Google Analytics experience (or similar).
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
