**The Business**
A rapidly growing ASX listed company, Genus Infrastructure (NSW) Pty Ltd is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). From transmission lines and substations to communications solutions and renewable energy, we're proud to design, construct, and maintain the critical infrastructure that keeps Australia moving forward.

**The Project: HumeLink East**
Genus Infrastructure (NSW), in partnership with Acciona, is proud to be delivering the HumeLink East project—part of a $1.4 billion joint venture. This major initiative involves the construction of 237 km of 500 kV transmission lines between Bannaby and Wondalga in NSW, along with enhancements to the Bannaby substation.

This project is a vital component of the broader HumeLink development, designed to boost grid capacity, support Snowy 2.0, and facilitate the integration of renewable energy across NSW. Construction commenced early in 2025, with completion expected between 2026 and 2027. It will create approximately 1,600 jobs and include a $2 million investment in local communities, with a strong emphasis on environmental stewardship and stakeholder collaboration.

**The Role**
Joining a Commercial team of 7 and based out of the Joint Venture office near Haymarket in Sydney, Genus Infrastructure is offering an exciting opportunity for a Contract Manager to join our commercial team.

The Contract Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all project-based contract administration, as well as downstream tendering and procurement
- in accordance with key project objectives and commercial risk initiatives.
This role will oversee commercial delivery of key projects and act as escalation, in accordance with set Company frameworks and process.

**Position Requirements**
- Minimum qualifications in contracts or business law;
- Project management or Quantity Surveying qualifications will be viewed favourably.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a contract
- or commercial management role, preferably delivering energy projects in a design and construct environment;
- Demonstrated knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety;
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams so to deliver delivering key commercial outcomes;
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in commercial negotiation and significant claims resolution;
- Demonstrated understanding of legislation pertaining to quality management, occupational safety and health, construction, and security of payment.

**Essential skills, qualifications and experience**
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial negotiation;
- Strong business acumen, including strong professional writing and claims assessment skills;
- Demonstrated experience in achieving performance-based goals and objectives;
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise, schedule and plan;
- Ability to work independently using own initiative and within a cohesive team environment;
- Demonstrated level of analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
