**Your Impact**

The alcohol industry in Australia and New Zealand faces a series of updates to labels and packaging over the next few years. In order to accomplish this, we have implemented a project team.

As part of the project team, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Raw Materials Planner to join team based in Southbank. You will partner with the Project team, Suppliers, Procurement, Site Operations team & Supply Planning Team to ensure the successful execution of the mandatory labelling change required on all alcohol packaging materials. You will also, assist in reporting & reviewing key milestones and project deliverables.

**Note** - These are 12-month fixed term contract

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and monitor requirements for the set portfolio of materials and suppliers to ensure availability of materials so that production deadlines are not compromised
- Ensure material long-term forecasts are visible to suppliers for the new replacement material
- Manage and raise purchase orders for materials required by the operations team to meet tactical schedule and the changeover schedule of Project based materials
- Review day to day materials stock review, identify risks and work through mitigating issues
- Understand, interpret and manage the changeover requirements and timing of the Project
- Work closely with materials suppliers to monitor material timing and availability to agreed milestones and develop actions to review and rectify as required

**About You**
- Ideally similar experience within FMCG or similar fast paced manufacturing industry
- Graduate in Supply Chain or Logistics discipline
- Sound experience with SAP
- Sound understanding of Supply Planning concepts
- Sound stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent communication, influencing and change management skills
