Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll based in the City of Darebin area. Your role will be predominantly doing the senior duties, landlord communication and portfolio management, where you are not micromanaged and simply left alone to do your job.

**The role will be responsible for, but not restricted to**:

- Leasing with Landlords & Tenants
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Arrears Management
- Attending and preparing for VCAT if and when required

**About You**
- Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio
- Australian Driver's Licence & Own vehicle
- Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate
- Neat and tidy personal presentation

**Key Benefits**
