**The Role**
- Management of a local portfolio
- Maintenance Management
- Routine Inspections & Condition Reports
- Arrears Management
- Prepare & Attend VCAT hearings if/when required

- Full Leasing & Admin Team Support
- No Trust Accounting

**Required**
- Exceptional Personal Presentation
- Take pride in providing exceptional customer service
- Extremely detail orientated and highly organised
- MIN 12 months managing a residential portfolio - will consider enthusiastic junior property managers wanting to progress
- **Current VIC Agents Representative Certificate**:

- Reliable car and valid drivers licence
