Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Based at our Henderson site (WA) we are looking for an Operations Coordinator (OC) to join our team. In this role you contribute towards the safe delivery of our medical equipment, gases and other goods and services, direct to our clients and patients. To achieve this business demands, the OC will coordinate a small team of Drivers/Technicians to ensure our ALH products and services meet exceed our clientele expectations

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- C oordinate day-to-day operations of our Drivers/Technicians runs
- Deliver medical gases to doctors, dentists and residential aged care facilities
- Visiting patients to deliver medical equipment, medical gas cylinders and other medical supplies
- Set-up and maintenance of medical equipment and educating patients on its use
- Contribute towards safe work and driving practices
- Ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Providing after hours support
- Support the team with relevant and ongoing training of staff and contractors
- Drive operational efficiencies and improve runs and service delivery
- Asset compliance: ensuring scheduled and corrective maintenance on ALH assets
- Vehicle audits and preventative maintenance

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Motivated to create positive change in our transport/logistics Drivers/Customer operations
- Experience and confidence operating a 2T vehicle in a safe manner
- Reasonable fit: the ability to operate a vehicle safely, whilst safely lifting and transporting equipment that range in weight from 4 to 25kg, once you reach your destination. In terms of the heavier items (20kgs plus) you will have a trolley to move these particular goods.
- Evidence of your COVID-19 vaccination certificate
- Knowledge of Perth CBD and surrounding areas
- Stubbornness towards team safety and compliance
- Effective communicator
- Previous experience/exposure to logistics, freight, scheduling or coordination
