About the Role
We are seeking a **Facilities Coordinator**to support operations across **three closely located sites within a building campus in Henderson**. In this hands-on role, you will work onsite as the key liaison for day-to-day maintenance, compliance, contractor coordination, and service delivery.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will ensure smooth operations across all locations while enjoying the benefits of **free onsite parking**, a stable schedule, and a collaborative team culture.

What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for site service and maintenance issues
- Coordinate work orders, subcontractor activity, and compliance using CMMS
- Maintain strong documentation, WHS compliance, and vendor oversight
- Assist with inspections, reporting, and budget tracking
- Support after-hours service coverage and emergency protocols

What You’ll Bring
**Essential**:

- Experience in facilities, asset, or property coordination
- Working knowledge of building systems, compliance, and contractor oversight
- Confident communicator and strong organiser
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CMMS (e.g. Manhattan)
