**About the role**

Based at our Perth offices, this position leads the primary customer support team, who in turn ensure reliable end-user support to office, field and off-shore workers. It is accountable for designing and delivering high-value outcomes to internal customers, through collaboration, innovation and building a performance driven culture.

**Accountabilities are delivered in line with the Santos company values and Santos Management System (SMS). Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Developing ongoing management of an end user computing operational model, including standards, guidelines and processes in support of key business outcomes
- Advocating for the diverse customer-base throughout Santos, to enable self-help, low effort and first-time resolution to incidents and tasks
- Driving performance-based outcomes through regular coaching and measurement against team and individual key metrics
- Managing resources effectively, to ensure coverage across all facets of end user computing, after hours assistance, executive support, meeting room support and ticket management for incidents and tasks
- Actively participating in vendor management to ensure efficiency and return on investment.
- Acquiring robust knowledge of tools and systems that support delivery of end user services.

**About you**
- Relevant qualifications IT, Computer Science or similar with extensive experience working and leading in a service delivery role within a large corporate environment.
- Good supervisory skills with the ability to mentor and coach staff, contractors and service providers to deliver a seamless EUC support service.
- Experience in maintaining service excellence within current, new and emerging technologies.
- Certified in ITIL Service Management frameworks is preferred.
- Proactive and confident in delivering IT and IS initiatives.
- Collaborative and engaging in building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resilient, adaptable and flexible in meeting business goals and objectives.
- Experience with ServiceNow Platform is desirable.
